We meet the adjuster on your roof and point out every bit of damage. That way, nothing gets overlooked or brushed aside.

Scope of Loss Estimate

Your insurance company sends a scope of loss that lists what the policy will cover. We read through it with you so it all makes sense.

Scope Review and Supplements

We compare the scope line by line against what we found on your roof. If items are missing, we submit supplements with photos and measurements.

Contract Signing

Once the scope is final, we sign the contract and set your project date. You’ll know exactly what’s covered before any work begins.

From there, your insurance company sends the first payment. Our crews complete the work just like any other project, with care and a clean job site. Once the job is done, insurance releases the rest of the payment. You’re only responsible for your deductible.
