DeWitt Deck Replacement

Soft boards and wobbly rails are not a repair problem anymore. They are a safety one. We handle deck replacement for DeWitt homeowners every season. Our crews inspect the footings and framing first. Sometimes only the surface needs to go. Other times the whole structure has to come out. Ledger flashing is where a lot of older decks fail. Either way you get an honest answer. TimberTrex composite ends the yearly sanding routine. Composite resists fading and will not splinter underfoot. Wood still costs less at the start. We pull permits when the township wants them. Job sites get cleaned before we leave. Financing options are available. Free estimates come with no pressure.

DeWitt Deck Builder

Not every old deck needs to be torn out completely. As your deck builder, we check the posts, footings, and joists first. A sound frame can often carry new decking and rail. That saves real money on a deck installation. We put that call in writing so you can see the reasoning. When the framing has gone, we say so plainly. Rusted hangers and rotted posts are not worth saving. Stair stringers are usually the first thing to fail. Rails get checked against current code. New hardware goes on even when the framing stays. Our crews are factory trained and certified. Warranty options cover material and workmanship.
