Dimondale Exterior Remodeling

Our owner grew up around sawdust. His grandfather built houses, and his father built houses. In 2020 he started Armored Roofing and Construction to carry that third generation of carpentry into a company of his own. Today we provide exterior remodeling for Dimondale, Windsor Township, and the river valley around them. The crew carries more than 50 years of combined experience. Roofs, siding, windows, decks, and gutters all come from the same team, so you never have to juggle three contractors for one house. The BBB rates us A+, hundreds of Google reviewers give us five stars, and every estimate is free with no hard sell attached. Financing plans and warranty coverage make the bigger projects manageable, and seasonal promotions come around throughout the year. Ask us which ones apply to your home.

Dimondale Roofing Company

Wind has a clear run at rooftops across the open ground west of M-99, and the shingles along Bridge Street feel it every spring. A Dimondale roofing company with GAF Master Elite President’s Club standing installs systems built for that kind of exposure. That is exactly what we do. Complete GAF shingle packages and standing seam metal roofing both come with factory-trained crews and a written plan before the first shingle comes off. Our roofing services include:

• Roof replacement with complete GAF shingle systems
• Roof repair for leaks, ice dams, and wind damage
• Metal roofing in standing seam and metal shingle styles
• Storm restoration with insurance claim support at every step

Daily updates, clean job sites, and a magnet sweep for nails come with every roof.

Dimondale Siding Company

Homes near the dam take a beating from sideways rain in April and blowing snow in January, and tired siding shows it first. Our Dimondale siding company crews cover those walls with CertainTeed vinyl, insulated steel, and cedar impressions. New house wrap and flashing go under all of it, so the sheathing stays dry for decades. We bring samples to the driveway, because siding colors look different in daylight than they do in a showroom. Siding services we provide include:

• Siding replacement for faded, cracked, or warped walls
• Siding repair after hail, wind, and impact damage
• Soffit, fascia, and trim to finish the siding installation

Most homes wrap up in under a week, and the lawn gets cleaned every evening before the crew heads home.

Dimondale Window Company

That one room that never gets warm in February almost always has a window problem, and it costs you on every heating bill. As a Dimondale window company installing ProVia vinyl windows, we fit each unit to the existing opening. Double pane or triple pane glass is standard, with tempered glass wherever code calls for it. Double hung, slider, casement, picture, bay, garden, mulled, single hung, and egress styles are all available. Window services we offer include:

• Replacement windows sized to your current openings
• Window installation for additions and remodels
• Egress windows for finished basements

Fresh insulation, sealed trim, and a test for smooth operation finish every opening.

Dimondale Deck Experts

Long summer evenings along the Grand River deserve a deck that can hold the whole family, and Dimondale homeowners tend to use theirs hard. As the deck builder many of your neighbors already call, we frame in pressure-treated wood or TimberTrex composite. Footings go below the frost line, and every ledger board gets flashed against the house. Railings come in wood, composite, and metal, and we sketch layouts on site. Deck services we complete include:

• Deck replacement for structures past their prime
• New custom deck installation with lighting and bench seating

Permits, inspections, and haul away are all handled by our team, so nothing lands on your to-do list.
