Dimondale Deck Replacement

The deck was fine last summer. Then a post shifted over the winter, the stairs developed a bounce, and now nobody quite trusts the railing. Armored Roofing and Construction provides deck replacement for Dimondale homeowners who have reached that point. We remove the old structure, check the footings and the ledger connection, and build new framing to current code with proper flashing and hardware. You choose the surface: pressure-treated wood for a classic look and a lower price, or TimberTrex composite for a deck that resists fading and rot and never needs stain. Our owner, a third-generation carpenter, opened Armored in 2020. Our crews bring the same care to decks that earned GAF Master Elite President’s Club status on the roofing side. Estimates are free, financing plans are available, and most new decks are finished in about a week with daily updates along the way.

Skilled Dimondale Deck Builder

The first question a good deck builder asks is not about size or material. It is about how you use the yard. Weekend grilling for a crowd calls for a different layout than a quiet spot for morning coffee while the mist lifts off the river. Stair placement, railing height, and drainage all follow from that answer. Built-in benches and planters, low-voltage lighting on the posts, and privacy screens or pergola frames are popular additions. Railings come in wood, composite, and metal, and we show each one in person. Wood needs stain every few years while composite needs a rinse, so we help you weigh cost against upkeep. Our crews frame square and level, set every railing post solid, and leave the yard clean with the old boards hauled off. Behind every build stand the same standards:

• More than 50 years of combined experience
• Family owned and A+ BBB accredited
• Factory-trained crews and clean job sites
• Warranty coverage on qualifying decks
