Dimondale Siding Company

Siding is the coat your house wears through a mid-Michigan winter, and like any coat it fails at the seams first. Armored Roofing and Construction is a Dimondale siding company that pays attention to those seams. We install CertainTeed vinyl, insulated steel, and cedar impressions over fresh house wrap and flashing. Lapped trim at every corner post and window opening leaves water nowhere to get in. Insulated steel adds a layer of foam behind the panel that stiffens the wall and cuts noise from M-99. Vinyl keeps the price down and rinses clean with a hose. Cedar impressions give the look of shakes without the staining. Our owner opened Armored in 2020 as a third-generation carpenter, and the trim work still reflects that background. Estimates are free, sales pressure is zero, and financing plans are available on qualifying projects.

Dimondale Siding Replacement

Pull a single panel off an older house near the dam and you often find out what has been happening for years. Damp sheathing, no house wrap, and a corner that was caulked instead of flashed are all common. A full siding replacement addresses every one of those problems before anything new goes up. Old material comes off completely, damaged sheathing gets swapped, and a new weather barrier wraps the whole house before the first panel is hung. Expansion gaps get left at each end so vinyl can move with the seasons instead of buckling. Most homes finish in under a week, and the yard gets cleaned every evening. Every replacement project comes with:

• CertainTeed products installed by factory-trained crews
• New house wrap and flashing on every wall
• Warranty coverage on qualifying installations
• Daily cleanup and clear timelines

Dimondale Siding Repair

A hailstone or a stray baseball does not mean the whole wall has to come down. Our siding repair service replaces the damaged panel and matches the color as closely as the sun has left it. We check behind the opening for moisture before closing it back up. Loose panels that popped in a windstorm often snap back the same day. Rotted trim boards get replaced with material that will not rot again. When rot has spread farther than a repair can reach, we say so plainly and lay out the cost of each option. Small fixes now prevent large bills later, and honesty about which one you need is part of the visit.
