Douglas Deck Builder

A great deck turns a Douglas backyard into the favorite spot at the house, whether the view stretches toward the Kalamazoo River or simply opens onto a quiet patch of lawn. Armored has built decks throughout Allegan County since 2020, and we specialize in both traditional wood and low-maintenance composite construction using TimberTrex products. Our family-owned team holds A+ BBB accreditation, and the crews are factory trained for the kind of detailed framing that matters on a deck. We bring 40 years of combined experience and hundreds of five-star Google reviews to every project. Warranty coverage and competitive pricing round out what makes the experience worth it, and our project managers stay involved from the first measurement through the final railing detail.

Douglas Deck Replacement

When an old deck has reached the end of its useful life, a Douglas deck replacement is the chance to upgrade materials, expand the footprint, and rethink the layout entirely. We start with a careful tear-down, evaluate the existing footings, and rebuild with TimberTrex composite or quality wood depending on what the homeowner prefers. Composite decking holds up well against lakeshore humidity and requires far less ongoing maintenance than traditional wood, which is why many families along the Lake Michigan shoreline make the switch. Job sites stay clean throughout the project, and warranty coverage applies to both the materials and the workmanship. Financing options help when a deck installation stretches beyond what a homeowner planned for the season, and current promotional discounts often help with the timing as well.

Requesting a free Douglas deck quote is quick through the form on this page or with a phone call to the office. One of our project managers visits the property, talks through the vision, and explains material options that fit the budget and the layout. Douglas exterior remodeling pairs nicely with a deck project, and we can quote roofing, siding, or windows during the same visit if that helps. Financing options, warranty packages, and current promotional discounts are all part of the conversation. There is no obligation to move forward after the estimate, and the written quote stays with you for as long as you need to consider it. Communication remains consistent throughout the project once work begins, and our crews keep job sites tidy from delivery through final cleanup.
