Scope of Loss Estimate

Your carrier issues a scope of loss that lists every item approved and the money attached to each one. We review that document line by line against what we recorded during the inspection.

Scope Review and Supplements

Missed items are common, from drip edge to ridge vent to siding on the same elevation. We file supplements with photos and measurements so the approved scope matches the actual repair.

Contract Signing

Once the scope is settled, we finalize the agreement and put your job on the build calendar. Material choices and color selections happen at this stage.

Reliable Roof Replacement and Roof Repair

Insurance usually releases a first payment once the claim is approved, and that check covers the actual cash value of the work. We complete the job on the normal schedule, then submit the final paperwork so your carrier releases the remaining recoverable depreciation. A full roof replacement follows the GAF system we are certified to install, with warranty coverage registered on your behalf. Limited damage may only call for a targeted roof repair, and our storm restoration team will say so instead of pushing a larger scope.
