Holt Siding Company

Siding takes more abuse in mid-Michigan than most homeowners know. Panels are the easy part. What sits behind them is not. Panels expand through humid Julys, contract through single digit Januarys, and the fasteners work loose a little more with every cycle. We have serviced Holt since 2020 as a family owned business, wrapping homes across Delhi Township with CertainTeed products. Free estimates come with a walk around the whole house rather than a glance at the worst wall. Armored holds A+ BBB rating and hundreds of five star Google reviews. Our installers are factory trained, and the crew protects landscaping and windows before the first panel comes off. We offer financing for homeowners who need to spread the cost. Job sites get cleaned daily, not just at the end.

Holt Siding Replacement

Boards that cup, fade unevenly, or rattle in a March wind are often telling you the fastening system has given up. A siding replacement lets us pull everything back to the sheathing and address what has been hiding below, which is often water damage nobody knew about. CertainTeed vinyl handles most homes here well and comes in enough profiles to match any era of construction. Steel is the answer where hail is a recurring problem, since it does not crack the way vinyl can in cold weather impacts. Cedar impressions shake panels dress up gables and entry walls without the upkeep of real cedar. Housewrap and flashing get replaced as part of the scope rather than reused from the original build. We can add insulated backing if winter comfort matters as much as looks.

Holt Siding Repair

Not every problem justifies wrapping the entire house. Siding repair handles a wall the neighbor’s tree took out, a section of hail cracked panels, or the run below a leaking gutter that finally rotted through. We keep matching stock for common CertainTeed lines and can often blend a repair so it disappears from the street. Where a discontinued color makes matching impossible, we will show you the options honestly, including pulling panels from a less visible elevation. Repairs get the same warranty treatment as full projects. Turnaround on smaller work is often quick, and often lands within a week of the estimate.
