Lansing Gutter Installation

Gutters get ignored until water shows up in the basement. They carry a huge amount of water during a Michigan spring. Small or sagging gutters dump that water right against the foundation. We install continuous aluminum in five and six inch profiles. Six inch handles steep roofs and heavy snow melt better. Downspouts get placed where the water actually needs to go. Hangers are screwed into the fascia at proper spacing. Screws hold where spikes eventually let go. Color options match the trim rather than fighting it. End caps and miters get sealed so the corners do not weep. Armored has been family owned since 2020.

Roofing Company Serving Lansing

As a roofing company we see the same failures over and over. Spikes back out of the fascia and the whole run pitches wrong. Clogged sections freeze solid and tear away under the weight. Gutter guards solve most of that by keeping leaves and needles out. They also cut the twice yearly ladder routine most homeowners hate. We install gutter guards alongside new runs or on the runs you have. Guard style gets matched to whatever trees are nearby. Our BBB rating is A plus and estimates are free. Crews are factory trained and clean up before leaving. Financing and warranties are both available.

Downspout placement often matters more than the gutter itself. Written pricing includes guard options. Fascia and soffit repairs get quoted separately if we find rot. Financing keeps it easy to say yes. Warranty coverage gets explained before work begins. Lansing exterior remodeling gets a lot simpler when the water is managed properly.
