Okemos Roofing Company

How do you pick a roofer when every company says the same things? Start with certifications, since those are earned rather than claimed. Armored holds GAF Master Elite President’s Club status, a level reached by roughly two percent of roofers in the country. We have served mid-Michigan homeowners since 2020 as a family owned business with an A+ BBB rating. Our installation crews are factory trained, and our project managers answer the phone when you call. Free estimates come with photos and plain explanations instead of scare tactics. Financing and warranty coverage are both on the table before you commit to anything. Homes across Meridian Township have kept us busy through hail summers and heavy snow winters.

Okemos Roof Replacement

When is it time to stop patching and start over? Most homeowners reach that point around year twenty on an asphalt roof. An Okemos roof replacement takes one to two days on a typical house once materials arrive. We tear off to the deck so any soft plywood gets caught and fixed. GAF shingles go down with matching underlayment, ice and water shield, and proper ridge ventilation. That full system is what makes the extended warranty possible. Magnets sweep the yard and driveway before our trucks leave. You will know the schedule, the crew lead, and the cleanup plan in advance.

Okemos Storm Restoration

What does hail actually do to a roof? It bruises the mat under the granules, and the damage often hides for months. Our storm restoration team inspects after every significant event and photographs what we find. Small hits sometimes call for roof repair rather than a full tear off. Watch for these signs after a rough night:

• Granules collecting at the downspout
• Dented gutters, vents, or metal flashing
• Shingles curled, cracked, or missing
• Water stains on upstairs ceilings

Insurance carriers move faster when someone documents the loss correctly. We handle that paperwork and meet the adjuster at your house.
