We had observed Armored Roofing on other job sites in our neighborhood after a major hail storm in the area & had received very positive reviews from those homeowners. My husband reached out to Kabe Reed, the site foreman on one of these jobs to evaluate if our home had sustained damage. He came over that same day and within 24 hours we were placed in contact with Rick Thurkettle, the company sales manager who confirmed the damage. Rick was awesome-he even met with our insurance claims adjustor during adjustor's inspection and was key in our insurance company approving our claim for complete roof replacement for both structures. We were kept advised every step of the way by Rick and Kabe. Within 48 hours of insurance approval, Adam from the office had reached out to us and set up a start date within one week.

Equipment and roofing supplies were pre-positioned at our property the day before the start date. Kabe and his crew showed up early the next day and went right to work. We were impressed with the care taken to protect the gutters & surrounding landscape. As a bonus, our two non-functioning chimneys were also removed at no cost to us (or our insurance company)! The crew was hard-working, efficient and cheerful. Kabe was present the entire day and we were kept appraised of all details. The job was completed in one day and cleanup of the property was exceptional.

These guys are great! Randy did a great job explaining everything. Gabe was amazing taking photos of the roof while it was being installed and sharing since I was out of town. The quality of the work and venting they did on my roof should help it last. The turnaround was perfect. Within a week of signing the roof was on.

Beautiful job! House, garage, and shed all done in one day. The crew was enjoyable to watch; fast and efficient, and an attitude I haven't seen in quite a long time. I think they were actually enjoying their job and the day, laughing, singing, and whistling. Helpful, efficient and great communication. Kabe was an excellent crew leader. He and the team removed existing shingles and installed new shingles on two separate roofs in one day. Highly recommend.
