Contract Signing. With the scope settled, we finalize the agreement, confirm material selections, and get your project on the schedule.

Your carrier typically releases a first payment once the scope is approved, and we complete the work exactly as we would on any other project. The remaining payment follows after the job is finished and the paperwork is submitted. Your deductible stays your responsibility, and any contractor who offers to make it disappear is telling you something worth listening to about how they do business.
